UPDATE: The motorcycle rider will be taken to the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries, Trooper Guy Gill with the Washington State Patrol said. The WSP is investigating the crash as a possible vehicular assault.
INITIAL POST: A collision involving a motorcycle is blocking four lanes of southbound Interstate 5 by 70th Avenue East in Fife, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation. Southbound I-5 is backed up to State Route 18 in Federal Way, according to WSDOT. The Washington State Patrol is on the scene.
